Valerie is a dedicated giver who constantly empowers her community and the lives of those around her through her non-profit L&V Enterprise Resources, Inc. As well, Valerie is a devoted believer and follows her faith by hosting The Love & Victory Show with Val, where in each episode she has candid conversations with her special guests about life's ups and downs, life frustrations and limitations and overall advises on how to lead better lives on a daily basis. Above all else, Valerie is family-oriented, a faithful friend, a servant, and widely recognized as a powerhouse woman.

Lawrence Carter is a proud husband, father, brother, grandfather, and businessman. Lawrence's 25 years of innovative work at KBR testify to his desire to improve the world responsibly and safely, in order to propel industries and organizations forward into a better future. In his spare time, Lawrence co-hosts the Love and Victory radio show with his wife, Valerie. Lawrence is God-fearing, honest, reliable, steady, and family-oriented. These traits and his long-standing passion of advocating for people living with disabilities motivated Lawrence to be a co-founder of L&V Enterprise Resources, Inc.

La Nita Bennett is a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and businesswoman. La Nita graduated from University of Houston – main campus, cum laude in 2005. In her professional career, she has been a Treasury Analyst for over 15 years and currently works with Distribution International in Houston. La Nita is a team player, has a positive outlook on life, and loves giving to others. When she is not working in her profession, she teaches dance and is constantly committed to serving at her church. While discovering and living out her purpose, she strives to uplift others to do the same and understand everyone has a purpose. Her desire to encourage and give back to others has placed her as the treasurer of the Board of Directors of L&V Enterprise Resources, Inc.
